The KineSpring® Knee Implant System

The KineSpring System is uniquely designed to treat your knee OA pain by absorbing excess weight that is supported by your affected knee joint. By lightening the load on your knee, the KineSpring System is designed to cushion and protect your knee's cartilage while maintaining your joint's natural motion and structural integrity. The KineSpring Knee System is designed to allow you to reclaim your normal activity levels, leaving your life uncompromised by OA.

The KineSpring Procedure: The Joint Sparing Alternative to Knee Replacement Surgery

During the joint sparing procedure, the slender device is implanted under the skin, alongside your knee joint, meaning that your natural joint anatomy remains intact. Unlike joint replacement procedures, none of your bone, ligament, or cartilage is removed during the KineSpring Procedure. The implant and reversible procedure are specifically designed to enable a rapid recovery, leaving your future treatment options uncompromised. Patients recently treated with the KineSpring System typically left the hospital after less than one week and resumed full weight bearing on the knee less than two weeks after the procedure.1

The KineSpring System is currently available in select centers in Europe and Australia. If you are interested in finding a doctor trained and qualified to implant the KineSpring System, please follow the "Find A Doctor" link on this page and ask about the KineSpring Knee Implant System.
